ONE TO ONE COMPASSIONATE & TRANSFORMATIONAL COACHING

Together we work from a compassionate and trauma-informed space to form an alliance and a meaningful partnership. We begin to explore your personal goals, dreams and the obstacles that may stand in the way. We work to create a felt sense of safety in your whole being so we can set deep intentions and continue your unique individual journey. We explore the roadblocks, such as fear or trauma loops so we may create a blueprint for change and foster a sense of deeper connection to your truest, most peaceful & authentic self.  We work from a strengths perspective to examine how certain parts of self that may have truly saved you in the past may unknowingly be limiting your future and robbing you of the peace and ease you deserve in this present moment.

1:1 EMBODIMENT/SOMATIC COACHING

SOUL-FULL SOMATICS...GUIDED MEDITATION/MINDFULNESS & 

GENTLE SOMATIC MOVEMENT

Trauma-sensitive and truly trauma-informed, SMALL groups for women. These groups are intentionally small by design (3 or less). If you are looking to begin to explore how tuning into the wisdom of the body can transform your relationship with emotions then this is for you. This is guided experience using mindfulness exercises, guided meditation, gentle breath work and intentional somatic release movements. NO EXPERIENCE IS NECESSARY.. We actively invite peace into our space and give our body a chance to experience restoration, ease and comfort. It is a time come back to your breath as an anchor, your body as a teacher and reconnect to the whole self. Together we create a pathway of connection for the body, mind and spirit.

These are one on one sessions to use the wisdom of the body to create more peace and ease in the mind. Working on an individual basis , we use your own personal goals, intentions and unique struggles/strengths to curate a plan that is authentically your own. You will learn the fundamentals of tuning into the body in a way that feels safe and present. You will begin to explore the felt sense in your body to bring more awareness and regulation to your emotional world.  You will help cultivate your own somatic practice as we practice breath-work, guided meditation and various somatic modalities together. We use modalities that are based in neuroscience and have strong empirical data showing support with nervous system regulation. These practices begin to bring increased ease, well-being and emotional freedom to your day-to-day life. You are given a fully individualized experience based on your story and your hopes and dreams.
